Sheila Shaw
Sheila's pottery is a high fire stoneware and presently most of her work is a Landscape design in various colours. When she first began making pots in 1972, most people were looking for earth tones. In more recent times a lighter background became more popular for a while, but it seems that today, the earth tones are once again regaining in popularity. As a production potter, Sheila tries to retain all her glazes, so broken pieces can always be replaced in her open stock dinner ware. The Landscape designs are available in light and dark backgrounds, as well as green or blue on a white base.
